MLC Community Needs

Within our school, there are students experiencing homelessness and/or financial hardships that affect their education. According to our counselors Jeanette and Genie, the most immediate MLC student needs are for food and clothing. Right now teachers spend their own funds to have snacks in their classrooms, especially in high school. Granola bars, cup-of-noodles, crackers and cheese are all needed to feed student brains.
